  • Manage the administrative process of the facilities management software.
  • Log required works on the facilities management software daily.
  • Ensure correct quotes and approvals before logging work.
  • Act as a key contact for onsite maintenance with urgent queries.
  • Assist with Out of Hours works documentation.
