# Facilities Cleanliness Auditor(UK Visa Sponsorship)### Job Description## About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Facilities Cleanliness Auditor to support the delivery of high standards of cleanliness across our hospital sites. This role plays an essential part in patient safety, infection prevention, and overall care quality.Working closely with the Training, Auditing & Compliance Co-ordinator, you will help collect, analyse and share audit findings, support quality assurance processes, and contribute to targeted improvement plans. You will also assist with refresher training for Facilities colleagues, helping to maintain consistent standards across the service.### What You’ll Be Responsible For**Audit & Quality Assurance*** Carry out cleanliness audits in line with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness* Ensure audits are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes* Collect, analyse and present audit data to support service improvement* Contribute to quality assurance action plans and monitor progress**Communication & Collaboration*** Share audit outcomes with ward teams, Facilities colleagues, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) teams and senior leaders* Build positive working relationships to support continuous improvement* Support compliance with Trust policies and national guidance**Training & Service Improvement*** Assist in planning and delivering refresher training for Facilities Services staff* Identify opportunities for efficiency, improvement and potential cost savings* Actively contribute to service development and change initiativesDoncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of Yorkshire’s leading acute trusts, serving a population of over 440,000 people.
