About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced carpet and/or flooring fitter to join our Facilities Team in Bognor Regis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support the Facilities team in all operational aspects of flooring across the guest accommodation.
• Carry out planned and unplanned flooring works in line with current legislative standards.
• Plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, inventory and innovation.
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to relevant regulations and H&S procedures.
• Account for typical working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend work when advance notice is provided.
