Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Food & Beverage environment.
  • Proven track record in managing F&B operations in a hotel.
  • Ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets during duty shifts.
  • Ensure service areas meet luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with managers and kitchen teams to maintain efficiency.
  • Supervise and support F&B staff across all outlets.
  • Manage guest issues and maintain high-quality service.
  • Assist with events, ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail; commitment to 5 star standards
Ability to multi-task across multiple outlets
Commercial awareness (revenue, costs, KPIs)
Experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
Background in F&B Operations
Knowledge of UK food safety, health & safety, and licensing laws
Food Safety Level 2+ preferred
