Working within the Automation squad as a Director, you will be expected to originate, lead new/existing automation engagements, drive sales, expand accounts, develop new accounts, manage bookings, and project deliverables. Leaning both on technical acumen as well as wider strategy and transformation experience, you will act as a trusted advisor to the client(s.) You will also be responsible for engaging Partners & Vendors through sales leads, commercial frameworks, and legal agreements.**We run IPP like we would a startup. Enablement of early value, unlocking capacity and insight to further refine transformation goals in wider strategic initiatives.**- **Process Intelligence** – Delivering scalable, real world operational improvements through a data centric approach which leverages the power of Process Mining, Task Mining and Analytics; rendering the ability to X-Ray processes and uncover hidden bottlenecks often accelerating traditional discoveries.**- **Process Excellence** – Leveraging process and delivery excellence, in combination with broader capabilities supports our clients in their transformation journeys. Whether it be creating new business models, optimising business performance or driving the sustainability agenda.*In this role you will play a key role in:* *Lead Project Engagements** *Enabling sales through Origination, Market Making and Sell On** *Aiding the management of the IPP capability** *Leading RFPs and Proposals** *Constructing standard and bespoke deals** *Providing architectural oversight for automation solutions*As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:* Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.* Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.* Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.## **YOUR PROFILE*** *Demonstrated origination, market making, account creation as well as sell on** *Demonstrable personal sales of £2m+** ***Ability to be UK Security Cleared**** *Relationship builder/ Networking** *Experience in Bid Writing** *Experience in all elements of the both the sales and delivery cycle** *Can manage account revenue and bookings** *Can structure standard and bespoke deals** *Can develop G2M packs for C-Suite but can also baseline with solution architecture** *IDP, NLP, ML, GenAI, Workflow & RPA experience** *Comfortable with On Prem and Cloud Architecture** *Can identify a client’s automation maturity** *DSIT AI Ethics legislation awareness** *Awareness of Automation in Sustainability** *Experience with developing propositions together with wider stakeholders, partners and vendors**Optional: Required certifications, licenses or languages** Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.* Experience of proposition building and delivery.* Azure or AWS Practitioner certified* **Business development** – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c**.£2m** of **consulting revenues (Director).****CSR:**We’re also focused on using tech to have a positive social impact.
