Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior administrative or Personal Assistant role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the Finance department.
  • Experience in Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Head of Finance’s calendar including scheduling meetings.
  • Organise and prepare agendas for meetings.
  • Maintain and organise records, files, and documents.

Skills

Excellent IT skills with MS Office Suite
Strong organisational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information
Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Level 2 or higher Business Administration qualification
Business-related degree or business-related higher-level qualification
