This role involves providing essential administrative and operational support to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Serve as the main contact for the Communications and Finance teams.
  • Provide logistical and organisational support for meetings, events, and projects.
  • Assist in preparing reports, agendas, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in business management support roles (preferably within health or not-for-profit sectors).
