Responsibilities
- Executive support for the Managing Director: diary coordination, meeting preparation, note-taking, and action follow-up
- Agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action logs for senior management, customer and board meetings
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement with strategic customers, partners, and sector bodies
- Planning and managing internal events such as Christmas parties and customer account reviews, and strategic events (venues, invites, agendas, minutes, post-event actions)
- Organising logistics for promotional events and exhibitions
- Supporting bid submissions in collaboration with the MD and bid team
- Scheduling customer demos and reviews, and preparing supporting packs
Qualifications
- Has some commercial experience as an executive/personal assistant, office manager or business operations assistant
Required Skills
- Naturally takes the initiative to organise tasks, events, and people
- Is proactive and loves to tick off actions and goals
- Builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and gets people working towards shared goals
- Enjoys working remotely but retains the flexibility to be available when needed, including in person from time to time
