The Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving venue hire revenue across both properties, with a focus on weddings, private celebrations, corporate bookings, and premium brand events.

This is a proactive sales role requiring confidence, creativity, and strong relationship‑building to position these venues as standout historic event destinations in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, develop, and convert new event enquiries
  • Target relevant markets including weddings, private events, corporates, agencies & luxury brands
  • Conduct venue tours, client meetings, and proposals
  • Build partnerships with wedding planners, DMCs, corporate agencies & local business networks
  • Support venue showcases, open days, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow awareness and bookings
  • Manage CRM and produce accurate sales reports
  • Work closely with venue operations and catering teams for seamless delivery
  • Meet and exceed revenue and KPIs across both venues
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in venue / events / hospitality / luxury or wedding sales
  • Strong presentation and client‑relationship skills
  • Proactive, target‑driven mindset with ability to close deals
  • Experience with CRM & pipeline management
  • Experience selling heritage, cultural or luxury venues
  • Existing network in weddings, agency or premium events market
  • Creative approach to storytelling, brand partnerships, and guest experience
