Qualifications

• Quality assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP and food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily meetings and communicate issues.
• Monitor product safety, quality, and legality.
• Conduct routine internal audits.
• Verify key measuring equipment as per schedule.
• Prepare for sampling and organoleptic tests.
• Support production team during investigations.
• Complete checks, data entry, and paperwork accurately.
• Coach and assist production team members.
• Check raw materials intake for quality assurance.
