• Experience in Estates/Facilities Management is preferred.
• Ability to deal with graffiti/vandalism.
• Flexibility to work in line with college opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of the estates team across all college campuses.
• Support the daily operation and availability of college sites.
• Ensure high levels of health and safety at nominated sites.
• Improve service standards and provide a customer-focused experience.
