A leading energy provider in Exeter is looking for an Estates Specialist to negotiate consents and agreements related to distribution assets. Responsibilities include training team members, managing significant damage claims, and assessing impacts on customers. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement after initial training. Ideally, candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and a valid driving license.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Specialist to join our Devon team.
You will be responsible for the negotiation of specialist consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets, to settle significant damage claims. In addition, you will be required to identify training needs of your own and other team members and provide training as necessary in estates and survey related matters.
Depending on experience, you may initially be appointed at a lower salary until all relevant courses and training are complete.
As part of our hybrid working approach this role offers a mix of office and home working (3 days in the office). Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.
As you will need to be mobile throughout the area you must have a full and valid driving licence.
Appropriate training and support will be given to help you realise your full potential within the role.
