ESTATES ASSISTANT | Full-Time, Permanent
37.5 hour week, usually 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri but some Saturday work required.
6 weeks and 8 days annual leave entitlement.
Salary is £24,960 per annum.

Job Purpose
This job is of a hands‑on nature to facilitate the proper functioning of the school, to ensure and provide a safe and satisfactory working and optimum learning environment for St George’s pupils and staff.
This will include performing a range of maintenance tasks and assisting with the daily running of the School’s facilities including opening and locking buildings, setting‑up and cleaning rooms.
Accountable To
Head of Facilities, with the Facilities Supervisor also being able to direct workload. The Head of Facilities is responsible for day‑to‑day line management of the Estates Assistant.
