Qualifications

• Experience of fire safety legislation as applies to flatted, residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage reactive work orders and ensure faults are recorded and addressed.
• Liaise with contractors to manage maintenance and renovation.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly for damage or wear.
