Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the detailed cutover plan, including dependencies and timelines.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on cutover strategy and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities.
• Ensure operational and business teams are prepared for go-live.
