A leading retail company in Doncaster is seeking a full-time Equipment Coordinator at their warehouse. This role involves ensuring equipment is maintained, performing H&S checks, and influencing safety behaviors among colleagues. £13.46 per hour plus Head Office bonus scheme

We are currently recruiting for full-time and permanent Equipment Coordinators at our Doncaster Warehouse.
In the role you will report into the Equipment & Environment Manager and be responsible for the Apex cabinets; adding all new starters onto the system, daily checking of the background screens for Apex faults and any missing handsets. You will perform basic checks on handsets to assess the fault and escalate for repair as necessary and count/order new equipment as necessary.
A key part of the role is Health & Safety; you will be responsible for maintaining signage on site with regards to H&S and monitoring safety behaviours including safety related coaching and guidance conversations to ensure high standards are met to ensure the safety of all.
You will possess excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels, with the ability to build strong working relationships in order to coach and influence people with regards to H&S behaviours. You will demonstrate a ‘Safety First’ mindset at all times, leading by example, previous experience in an H&S role would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills are key to ensure that the equipment and H&S signage are maintained to site standards.
