Job description
At No Isolation, Your Work Has Real Purpose

No Isolation’s mission is to bring learning and belonging to every child through warm technology. Our AV1 telepresence robot helps children with long-term illness or mental health challenges remain connected to their classmates and education. With over 4,000 AV1s active across 18 countries, we are growing fast, and now we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the North-East region.

This is a rare chance to combine commercial success with social impact by taking strategic ownership for developing your region, driving new business sales, and making a real difference in education and society.

The Role

This is a quota-carrying, hunter–farmer hybrid role with full ownership of public sector accounts in the region. You will build new partnerships with municipalities, expand existing accounts, and drive sustained revenue growth. The sales cycles can be complex, with multiple stakeholders and constrained budgets - success requires rigour, persistence, and a consultative sales approach.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the region: Understand the education landscape in your region to develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow new business.
  • Drive new business: Identify, qualify, and engage with key stakeholders to progress and close pipelines with municipalities in your region.
  • Grow accounts: Expand usage in existing accounts and strengthen customer relationships to drive expansion and reduce churn.
  • Win strategic deals: Lead complex sales cycles with long-term value focus, often involving multiple decision-makers and budget cycles.
  • Apply Challenger / SPIN methodologies: Challenge assumptions, uncover pain, and build value for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
  • Forecast accurately: Maintain accurate CRM reporting (HubSpot) to report pipeline and forecasts reliably.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the education or public sector, and with exposure to SaaS solutions.
  • Thrives in strategic, complex sales processes, often involving multiple layers of stakeholders including engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
  • Solid understanding of Challenger and/or SPIN selling methodologies – able to teach, tailor, and take control throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track record of closing €25k–€100k+ deals with complex deal cycles.
  • Driven, structured and self-sufficient – able to lead your region independently while contributing to the wider sales team.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working within an international team.

You do not need to tick every box to apply, we’re looking for people who are excited about complex sales and want to make a difference in the public sector and education.

What’s In It For You?
  • Attractive uncapped OTE model: Strong base salary with uncapped commission, designed for complex, high-value sales environments.
  • Purpose–driven Scandinavian company: Driving positive change in society, where business growth creates direct social impact.
  • Growth opportunities: Take ownership of a key region and expand your role as we scale further in the UK and across Europe.
  • Experienced team: You\'ll find an inspiring and highly motivated group of colleagues at No Isolation, with backgrounds from companies like McKinsey and Google — people who\'ve chosen to use their experience to make a meaningful impact and advance tech for good.
  • Wellbeing & flexibility: Weekly wellness hour, public transport ticket and a flexible hybrid setup to support a sustainable lifestyle.
  • Enhanced parental & sick leave benefits: More generous than the UK standard, providing extra support for family and health needs.
  • Generous paid annual leave: You get 25 days holiday + 2 PJ days + bank holidays.

Location: This position is a remote role and covers the North-East region. You will report to our CCO and work closely with cross-functional teams in London, Munich and Oslo. While the role is remote, our London office offers the chance to connect and collaborate in person when desired.

Apply now to help us bring learning and connection back to children who need it most.

We look forward to your application. If you’d like, you can also include a short video as part of your application – this is optional, but it gives us a chance to see a bit more of who you are beyond your CV. Let your personality and passion shine!

Please upload your CV in English, as it is our internal working language.

Not meeting all the requirements? No problem! If you’re passionate about our mission and have the ambition to succeed, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Who are we?

Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
