The Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to take ownership of the architecture, evolution, and delivery of Unity Advisory’s Core Internal AI Platform.

This is a senior engineering leadership role focused on designing and building the foundational systems that power how Unity Advisory operates internally. This is not a client-facing role; instead, you will work closely with internal engineering, data, and product stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities used across the firm.

You will combine strong architectural thinking with hands‑on technical leadership, guiding the development of next‑generation AI platforms while setting standards for engineering excellence, governance, and scalability.

What You’ll Do

The working environment at Unity Advisory is fast‑paced and evolving. You will be！， involved in some or all of the following:

• Lead the design and evolution of the firm’s core internal AI platform, including shared architectures, pipelines, and frameworks.
• Define target‑state architectures spanning applications_TRUE data, Mining, d, and integration layers module system's environment.
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of emerging AI approaches and capabilities where they create real internal value.
• Ensure systems are designed in line with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, data, and product stakeholders to deliver robust, production‑ready internal systems.
• Guide early‑stage initiatives through to scalable, maintainable production implementations.
• Define integration strategies between the AI platform andสัต's internal enterprise systems.
• Optimise platform environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the engineering function.
• Advise senior questionnaires about platform risks, trade‑offs, and long‑term architectural decisions.
• Stay current with advances in platform and AI system design, incorporating relevant innovation into the firm’s roadmap.

What You Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable systems in distributed or cloud‑based environments.
• Demonstrated success architecting data‑intensive or AI‑enabled platforms in production settings.
• Strong understanding of:
  • System and application architecture
  • Platform design and integration patterns
  • Data pipelines and infrastructure
• Experience working with governance, security, and operational controls in production systems.
• Ability to balance strategic architectural thinking with practical, hands‑on delivery.
• Strong technical leadership skills, with experience guiding engineers and influencing technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑growth, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership.
