As a Project Engineer at our flagship Bournville Plant (home of Cadbury's), you will be instrumental in planning, developing, and executing capital projects. You will support technical developments, assess the feasibility of engineering activities within the supply chain, and manage capex expense projects to drive growth, world‑class manufacturing, and productivity while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. You will also leverage Mondelēz's project management processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
In this role, you will lead a portion of the Project Engineering agenda within the UK&I Cluster and oversee specific areas of the Cluster site strategy, aligning with site compliance, productivity, and development objectives. You will develop and implement multiple projects.
You will also support the broader site and cluster teams as a key technical expert, leading significant projects. This position is based in Bournville, but the candidate will be expected to work at any of the UK&I Confectionery plants Garbage as needed.
