We’re on the lookout for a positive, solutions-focused Employer Engagement Partner (EEP) to join our MatchWorks team in the South-West region.

In this role, you’ll be the connector — bringing together motivated job seekers and employers to create meaningful, long-term employment opportunities.

At MatchWorks, we’re passionate about helping people find work that truly fits. We partner with employers to understand their needs and support job seekers to thrive in the right roles.

What you’ll do
  • Build genuine, lasting relationships with employers to uncover and create job opportunities across the region.
  • Work closely with job seekers to understand their strengths, interests and goals, matching them to roles where they can succeed.
  • Provide employers with recruitment support, onboarding insights and practical advice to help placements last.
  • Collaborate with your local teams, sharing insights and contributing to a strong, supportive service environment.
