A leading insurance brokerage in Southampton is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant. This role involves managing client portfolios, providing product advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach, with full training provided. The position offers a salary between £24,000 and £29,000 based on experience.
We are on the hunt for a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our growing team based in Southampton. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, with no weekends or evenings. No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate Employee Benefits.
Our Employee Benefits Consultants are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. We strive to provide a market-leading customer experience, driven by you. You will meet our commercial targets by maximizing business and service opportunities from all contacts.
Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
