Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Cheltenham is looking for a Clinical Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) to provide compassionate care to elderly patients. Successful candidates will have extensive healthcare experience and work alongside registered nurses to deliver high-quality care. Full-time or part-time contracts are available. Qualifications

  • Extensive healthcare experience, preferably with elderly patients.
  • Completion of the Care Certificate is desired.
  • Experience in working with dementia and patients with challenging behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of evidence-based healthcare.
  • Perform clinical observations, including blood pressure and temperature.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Basic IT skills (Word, email)

Education

Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
