We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our construction site teams in the North West region. We work on a variety of interesting and challenging construction projects predominantly within the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. You will attend block release at college and a HNC in construction-built environment.
2 days paid volunteering. Everyday discounts. Pension scheme with employer contribution. Opportunity to bi-annual salary progression. 26 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays. Training course: Construction site supervisor (level 4). Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.00pm. Fixed term contract for 2 years. 40 hours a week. Tuesday 1 September 2026. Duration: 2 years.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Joining our team will mean working on our sites in and around the North West area. The role includes a mix of office and site-based tasks to provide the well-rounded experience required to see schemes from conception into construction and completion. This will involve exposure to Health, Safety & Environment management, Planning and Co-ordination and Commercial management. After completing departmental rotations you will choose your preferred career pathway and work towards technical and professional qualifications in that area.
Our regions cover a large geographic area and, although we try to place staff near to their homes, sometimes they may be required to work some distance away.

Maths (grade 5 or above)
BTEC in: BTEC Extended Diploma (grade DMM to DDM)

You will be based on a construction site and PPE use will be required for site visits.

VINCI Building Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to kick-start your journey towards becoming an industry expert. You will gain hands-on experience and tailored training to support you every step of the way. In addition to the qualifications, the programme will enable progression in terms of responsibility, interpersonal skills, leadership, commercial awareness and technical engineering knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to learn on the job, gain a recognised qualification and progress to a degree course upon completion, ultimately leading to full membership of relevant professional institutions. We seek a long-term relationship with our apprentices and have a long-term career structure in mind, with progression to senior roles as the business grows.
