The impressive brand-new Everton Stadium, located on Bramley-Moore dock, Liverpool, is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors to the site.

We currently have an opportunity for a number of Casual Barbacks to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium.

The barback is responsible to assist and support the bartender delivering excellent service by maintaining the bar’s stock, preparing bar ingredients, clearing, organising and assisting with customer service when needed to ensure the efficient running of premium bars located in the new Everton Stadium.

The barback is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and following standards of the premium bars. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment in premium locations located within the Everton stadium on matchdays.

What you’ll be doing:

To follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture. To also demonstrate you take responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others.

To ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match-days. Any special dietaries or intolerances is addressed following the Aramark standards.

Keep bar stocked with necessary supplies, including all alcoholic & non‑alcoholic beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware and napkins.

To act with a sense of urgency to assist guests and team members and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, assisting with setting up and clearing.

Ensure the bar is fully stocked in a fast‑paced environment at the beginning and at the end of each shift.

Maintain inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to the bartender or supervisor.

Undertake other duty deemed reasonable by management to meet the demands of the business.

Assist bartenders in preparing drinks by gathering and preparing ingredients/preparing garnishes. Make an outstanding guest experience in all premium outlets in the stadium on matchdays through excellent communication and interpersonal skills; work collaboratively with bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.

Have good knowledge of all drink menus.

Support with addressing any guest or client feedback promptly on match‑day and passing on any feedback to supervisor/manager to implement improvements where necessary.

Ensure all match day procedures are maintained and monitored.

You are a natural and confident individual who exudes energy and charisma with excellent communication skills. You have a strong positive passionate focus on drinks, a natural flair on premium hospitality.

You must possess a flexible & adaptable approach to working hours/duties.

You should be calm and resilient, not deterred by an ‘unforeseen challenge’, problem solving and effectively be a team player.

Must have standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficiency.

You should have strong attention to detail, structured and methodical with the flexibility to respond to the dynamic demands of all matchday requests.
