Qualifications

• Extensive practical mechanical design experience (8-10 years ideally).
• Ability to rationalise designs and produce economic plant layouts.
• Flexible mind, able to assimilate large amounts of different data.

Responsibilities

• Produce design layouts that are cost effective and meet specifications.
• Ensure standard practices are utilised wherever possible.
• Write, update and monitor efficient procedures for the department.
