Qualifications

• Success managing digital solutions in ETRM from ideation to launch.
• Knowledge of energy & commodities industry required.
• Experience in implementing Endur ETRM package.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Strong presentation and communication skills needed.
• 5+ years delivering complex solutions in ETRM.
• Desire to learn Agile, Lean and delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define business goals and product propositions.
• Develop and validate solution hypotheses through user testing.
• Translate product strategy into a detailed roadmap.
• Design technology solutions and present in workshops.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and teams.
• Mentor junior Product Analysts to foster best practices.
