Qualifications

• Prior experience in an advisory or investment banking role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the European leveraged debt market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in devising financing strategy across various debt product options.
• Undertake financial modelling, including LBOs and covenant analysis.
• Review and negotiate term sheets and other debt documentation.

Skills

Proven quantitative and analytical skills

Ability to build effective relationships

Knowledge of financial principles

Education

Degree or equivalent: 2:1 or above

ACA qualification: first time passes
