A multi-service sector-driven business in the UK is seeking an HR Director to lead their people strategy as they scale. The role involves building HR infrastructure, enhancing company culture, and establishing HR as a competitive advantage. The Shore Group are a multi-service, sector-driven business, established in 2008. The HR Director will lead our people strategy as we scale rapidly over the next five years. Reporting to the Owners, you will build the HR infrastructure from the ground up, enhance our culture during rapid growth, and establish people capability as genuine competitive advantage. Working as a go-between from the board to employees, making a lasting impact on the business.
This role will offer you the opportunity to shape HR strategy in a fast-paced, £250mil Group and enable you to work across diverse sectors with blue-chip clients with our collaborative culture and experienced leadership team.
It is essential to have 3-5+ years' senior level HR experience with a track record scaling at least one company from 50-100 to 250-400+ employees. You will have experience building HR infrastructure in high-growth environments and CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
