While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win.If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Join our Marketing Team as a **Brand Manager** in our Personal Care Team and help shape the future of our brands and drive growth through strategic planning, innovative campaigns, and exciting new product development.This is an 6-month fixed-term contract for a Maternity Cover.This role is based in our London Office and allows for home working up to 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:* Contribute to strategic brand plans and deliver insight-led growth strategies.* Execute communication and promotional plans that drive consumer engagement.* Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to exceed targets.* Manage budgets and ensure accurate allocation and control.* Collaborate on new product development and consumer testing.* Work with agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across all channels.* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and ROI.Education & Experience:* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate preferred).* 4+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or beauty/personal care.* Proven track record in ATL, BTL, and digital/social campaigns.* Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial data.* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.We’re looking for someone who is strategic, creative, and commercially savvy. You’ll have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, a passion for innovation, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
