• Proven commercial management experience within Facilities Management.

• Experience working with NEC4 contracts, especially cost-reimbursable mechanisms.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across FM services.
• Oversee financial performance and budget management.
• Manage change control processes in accordance with NEC4.
• Develop and report on KPIs for commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractor commercial relationships.
