Qualifications

  • Experience of working with additional needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Strong organizational skills for managing resources and logistics.
  • Ability to provide feedback to professional bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outcome-based learning programmes using the outdoors.
  • Support customers in an alternative learning provision.
  • Facilitate bespoke programmes ensuring positive learning outcomes.

Skills

Experience of outcome led programme delivery
Experience of working with children and young people at risk of exclusion
Experience in managing day to day logistics
Experience of providing written feedback
