# Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist - NW Surrey## Job Introduction#### #### **Job Introduction**Are you an experienced and compassionate**Occupational Therapist** looking to take the next step in your careerWe are seeking a skilled **Band 6 Occupational Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary Children’s Community Health Team. In this vital role, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions to children, empowering them and their families to achieve their fullest potential.As part of Paediatric Therapy team you will autonomously manage a complex caseload of children with a range of varied and complex needs. This will involve specialist assessment and treatment of children with complex needs.You will devise child centred therapy plans using evidence based practice to ensure that the individual’s full potential is developed or maintained.As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist you will provide clinical support, training and supervision for junior staff and students.**Base:** You will be based at one of our Surrey-wide office hubs, with the flexibility of hybrid working to support your professional and personal needs.At HCRG Care Group, we are proud to be a flexible-first employer.
