As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a SeniorRecruitmentConsultant to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment partnerships and shaping the future of graduate talent in Wales.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining business development, recruitment delivery, client partnership, and strategic input. You’ll work closely with employers, graduates, and the Darogan team to design and deliver work that genuinely makes an impact. You’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape how Darogan’s offering develops as the organisation grows.
