The overarching responsibility of the Health & Safety Advisor is to provide an in-house capability that supports XD to comply with all relevant regulations and procedures.
The Health & Safety Advisor should promote our health and safety culture and processes and, where necessary or appropriate, should look to improve these in the daily operation of the business.
The Health & Safety Advisor will report into the Health & Safety Manager. The Advisor should also work with, and alongside, project teams to assist with the management and coordination of safety on specific projects Additionally, the Advisor will work with XD contractors or suppliers to meet our safety management expectations.
