Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced R&D/manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Good working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and auditing management systems is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and promote a positive H&S culture across the organization.
• Investigate HSE incidents and identify root causes.
• Create and deliver training sessions on HSE topics.
• Analyse HSE performance data for trends and improvements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
