Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Human Factors Engineer to deliver customer requirements for future vehicles. Candidates should possess a strong background in Human Factors and Ergonomics, with the ability to lead and analyse ergonomics-related projects. The role involves leading assessments, resolving issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences. This contract role requires being on-site for a minimum of 2 days a week in Gaydon, and is classified as inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Human Factors requirements.
• Lead Human Factors input into vehicle development decisions.
• Complete Human Factors assessments and gateway testing.
• Resolve ergonomic related issues using customer data.
• Analyse customer feedback to support issue resolution.
