Job summary

An automotive engineering firm based in Gaydon is seeking a Human Factors Engineer for an Inside IR35 contract. You will lead Human Factors requirements to enhance customer experiences in future vehicle designs. Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a demanding environment combining interpersonal skills with technical decision-making.
• Ability to analyse technical data and customer feedback to support programme discussions & ergonomics requirement development.
• Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy or anthropometrics.

• Lead development of Human Factors requirements for best customer experience.

• Conduct Human Factors assessments and support ergonomic issue resolution.
