Manufacturing and Production in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly. Contract: Temp to perm.

HRGO is recruiting Production Operatives to join our client, a growing company in Ellesmere Port. If you possess a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow detailed processes, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently, following established instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ensure production meets quality standards.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets.
• Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high-quality performance.
