Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience; IPC certification preferred.
• Comfortable training others and delivering presentations.
• Ability to diagnose faults effectively.

Responsibilities

• Uphold your IPC training level and recertification.
• Deliver necessary team training on IPC standards.
• Keep up to date with changing standards.

Skills

Manufacturing/Engineering/electrical experience

Accredited IPC Trainer (IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-7711)

Experience with SMT chip resistors/capacitors

Effective problem-solving

Strong communication skills

Computer literate using MS Excel
