A healthcare organization in Swindon seeks a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to deliver patient-focused clinical pharmacy services within the Women & Children team. Responsibilities include providing clinical support, mentoring other pharmacists, and improving patient care outcomes. Are you an ambitious, motivated pharmacist, striving to continuously improve patient care and experience? Then this position is for you! We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team of pharmacists, working primarily within the Women & Children team but with the support of the wider pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have had knowledge and exposure to clinical pharmacy in paediatric patients, though this is not essential.
We will support you to complete the clinical diploma or Independent Prescribing qualification as desired, helping you to build a portfolio aligned to the RPS Advanced Pharmacy Framework.
