Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Safe Systems of Work related to HVAC and BMS.
• Ability to identify problems and investigate alternatives.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and COSHH.
• Competent at safe isolations and verifications of NHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair faults in ventilation systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Instruct and train colleagues on HVAC-related tasks.
• Liaise with external contractors ensuring health and safety compliance.
