A healthcare foundation in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join its mental health inpatient services. We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking Physiotherapist to join our adult mental health inpatient services across The Bay Network. This role forms part of our growing Allied Health Professional (AHP) workforce, working alongside Dietetics, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. This post forms part of the Mental Health Inpatient Physiotherapy Team, who provide specialist physiotherapy input across all mental health inpatient wards within the LSCFT footprint. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to clinical leadership, service development, and the ongoing professional growth of the team.
We are seeking an individual who is keen to build on their clinical and leadership skills and contribute to a culture of learning, excellence and development within the AHP community. A specialist interest in frailty, falls prevention, or physical health in mental health would be desirable, though not essential. Most importantly, you will be committed to delivering high quality, person centred care and will be supported to reach your full potential as both a clinician and a developing leader.
