Qualifications

• Must have previous Estates Management experience.
• SHE qualifications (minimum IOSH Managing safely or equivalent) required.
• Excellent research and planning skills are essential.
• Good Project Management skills are necessary.
• IT literacy is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-15 properties in the North-West region of the UK.
• Provide Safety, Health and Environment support.
• Produce HSE routine and investigation reports.
• Conduct routine inspections and compliance visits.
• Ensure all equipment is serviceable and compliant.
