Responsibilities

• Manage health & safety systems, risk assessments, and site audits.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and contractor performance.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and trend reporting.
• Support emergency planning, fire drills, and compliance readiness.
• Work closely with nursery leadership teams to maintain high standards.
