Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing maintenance and investment programmes across a large, mixed-use portfolio.
• Strong leadership capability within matrix management environments.
• Proven financial management experience and value-for-money delivery.
• Full RICS membership (or equivalent) required.
• Full valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates services across a complex, mixed-use portfolio.
• Manage the Planned Maintenance Programme and capital projects.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and estates risk management.
• Develop and manage the annual budget.
