Job summary

A property management company is seeking an experienced Building Manager to lead onsite operations and enhance resident experience at a premier development in Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for site inspections, managing leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideally, candidates will possess a minimum of two years in a similar role within large residential schemes, along with strong leadership, customer service, and organisational skills. This position offers a competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
