Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives on making systems run smoothly and delivering results? Do you enjoy coordinating teams, improving processes, and playing a pivotal role in operational success? If so, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for a CPI Supervisor to join our dynamic team at RAF Lakenheath, supporting the delivery of a high-profile DIO USVF contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by shaping CPI planning, driving performance, and supporting critical estate operations.
About the role
Your key purpose will be to develop and deliver structured CPI planning and maintenance strategies. By building strong systems, processes, and relationships, you will help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operational delivery across the contract.
As CPI Supervisor, you will be a key member of the operational delivery team, working closely with DIO, Authorised Persons (APs), the Contract Manager, and engineers on the ground. Your work will directly support budget control, KPI performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a role with real influence, real responsibility, and real opportunity to improve how things are done.
You will take ownership of CPI coordination and administration. This includes scheduling CPI tasks and delivering monthly programmed schedules; managing CPI data within Maximo by programming, issuing, signing off tasks, and raising remedials.
You will also be maintaining CPI defect registers and scheduling remedial works to meet KPIs; coordinating CPI subcontractors for insurance inspections; liaising with Core PPM schedulers to manage asset crossovers; supporting reactive and PPM scheduling by allocating works to engineers and subcontractors; owning jobs end-to-end by coordinating access, tracking KPIs, escalating issues, and closing tasks; raising and tracking reactive follow-up work order.
Along with supporting the raising of subcontractor and supplier purchase orders; and assisting with weekly and monthly reactive performance reporting.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH, IOSH, or British Safety Council safety certification (desirable) and have strong administration experience. Qualification or proven experience with Microsoft Office is important, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be someone who naturally collaborates by building strong working relationships, supports colleagues, and contributes positively to team meetings along with communicating with external agencies and companies.
You will contribute ideas to improve processes and proactively identify and suggest solutions. You will manage your workload effectively, plan ahead, and flag potential risks early.
To be eligible for this role you must be able to pass SC Clearance
