A leading tech firm is seeking a skilled QA Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver high-quality software. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a QA Analyst (Dynamics 365). To work closely with the QA Manager to deliver high-quality software through effective QA and Testing practices, with a leaning towards automation.
Location: Based at one of our head office locations, (Norwich or Tewkesbury) with hybrid working and regular in‑office attendance required
As a QA Analyst (Dynamics 365), you will work closely with the QA Manager and wider technology teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software across cloud‑based platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from business, product, and technical requirements, covering both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
You will be responsible for identifying, logging, and prioritising defects using appropriate tracking tools, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You will actively promote a culture of quality by working alongside development, product, and DevOps teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and staying up to date with emerging QA tools, automation practices, and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
