Logistics Production Manager – £41,500 - £50,000 depending on skills demonstrated + 27% shift allowance**Location:** Desford, Leicestershire in logistics, you will lead daily operations to maximise efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement through Lean practices, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and Process Issue Description (PID) tools. You’ll prioritise workflow, monitor KPIs, maintain accurate documentation, and support a high operatives, coordinating daily tasks, providing **NB.
