The Compliance and Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring all cleaning services meet contractual requirements, compliance standards, performance KPIs and SLA ’s client expectations. The role involves monitoring service delivery, managing supplier relationships, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement through innovation.
